1. What Pip may store
Pip may store server identifiers, configuration settings, user identifiers required for features such as reminders or moderation, channel identifiers, timestamps and feature-specific records necessary to provide the service.
2. Message content
Pip may process message content when a feature requires it, for example prefix commands, automod, honeypot detection, AI mentions or other message-based functionality. Message content is not intended to be collected beyond what is necessary for the requested feature unless explicitly stated.
3. AI features
When members use AI features, the prompt and related context required to generate a response may be sent to the configured AI provider. Server owners should consider this before enabling or promoting AI usage.
4. Why data is used
Data is used to operate commands, remember server settings, deliver reminders, perform moderation, provide logs, prevent abuse and improve reliability.
5. Data removal
Server configuration and feature data may be removed when Pip is removed from a server or when a deletion request is processed, subject to technical and legal retention requirements.
6. Contact
For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact the Pip team through the official support server.
